The metal band for our Hypnos ring is made from hardened stainless steel. As this is far more inflexible than other materials, it may run small and be tighter than your ring size. We encourage you to try on other metal rings prior to purchase or select a larger size if you are unsure. Please do not force a fit and Contact Us for resizing options.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the moment you receive your order. In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We will replace an item if defective or damaged.  We can also exchange for the same item if there are sizing issues within 30 days of receiving your order. Please visit out FAQ page for more information on our resizing policy. 

GLO ring resizing carries an additional $10 fee for domestic customers to cover the cost of reshipping the new ring or $13.90 for our international customers.
